Carly’s law practice focuses on family law and guardianship matters. Her practice is divided between serving as a mediator, litigator, collaborative law practitioner, case manager, and parent coordinator.

Carly received her undergrad degree in psychology from Louisiana State University, where she was a member of the LSU swim team. She graduated summa cum laude, with Honors, and Phi Beta Kappa. Carly earned her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Janean Meigs Memorial Award.

Upon graduating from law school in 2006, Carly served as a domestic violence prosecutor. She opened her own law & mediation practice in January 2010 which has now grown into Boothe Walsh Law & Mediation, LLC, located in Johnson County, Kansas.

Carly and her husband reside in Lenexa, Kansas with two school-aged children who attend Olathe Public Schools and participate in numerous activities and sports.
