Angela Stevens Divorce Coach

Angela Stevens, MS, LMFT, CCTP-II, PHR, SHRM-CP, EFT Trained

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II). Highly trained in Dr. Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), my passion is centered on relationships, and helping families move forward in a healthy, productive way with a solution-focus. My goal is to help clients explore the complex dramas that occur during and after their relationship to help them identify and transform negative processes and interaction patterns that are preventing progress whatever the desired direction. I believe this is where we start in making sure any child(ren) involved are best served and have the best chance at resilience.

With more than ten years of experience in family court watching and having earned my bachelor’s in legal studies, I have worked with many clients successfully as a family court/parent coach, and I have assisted with parenting plans that work. Over time, I have learned that the most healthy, sustainable solutions are found in collaboration regardless of the challenges, and we will address a wide range of issues, from marital distress to individual anxiety and trauma, to develop emotional intelligence, awareness, and stronger constructive communications. I am committed to treating every family with dignity, and together, we will help you reach your goals. My hope is to have a positive and healing impact on your future using evidence-based and research-based approaches in addition to collaborative resources which offer expert support. The highways of life are paved with ambiguous and winding roads, let me help you navigate them.
